Electromagnetic crane can produce a strong magnetic field force, dozens of tons of heavy iron, iron wire, iron nails, scrap iron and other iron materials, do not box, do not pack and do not need to tie up, can be very convenient to collect and carry, not only the operation of labor-saving, and simplified work. Steel and machinery packed in wooden cases can be handled equally.

When the crane works, as long as the current in the electromagnet coil is not stopped, the lifted weight will not fall, the invisible magnetic force is more reliable than a strong chain. If the power is cut off for some reason, it will cause an accident, so some electromagnetic cranes are equipped with steel claw, to transport the heavy lifting, the strong steel claw will automatically fall down to tightly clasp them.

The crane cannot carry hot iron because hot steel cannot be magnetized. The large electromagnetic crane can lift nearly 100 tons of heavy objects at one time.
Electromagnetic crane work due to the loss of power, the lifting of the fall of the articles may cause harm, must be able to ensure the power supply of the electromagnetic sucker. Therefore, the lifting electromagnet of the electromagnetic crane should be powered by a special circuit.

Application

Electromagnets are used in conjunction with various hoisting machinery and are widely used for handling and carrying pig iron, scrap,
square billet, sheet, pipe, and other ferromagnetic materials in steelmaking plants, rolling mills, scrap steel processing plants, large foundry workshops, shipyards, heavy machinery factories, steel warehouses, port terminals and stations.

Product feature

The protection plate for coil adopts abrasion-resisting and shockproof rolling high-manganese steel.

Excavator magnet is dealt with special technology, thus insulation grade can be up to Grade F.

Coils of magnets are made of Aluminum (flat aluminum wire covered by double spun glass) or cooper.

Matters need attention--model selection

1. Please choose the normal temperature type when the temperature of suction and transport materials is lower than 100, and the high-temperature type when the temperature exceeds 100.

2. When the power supply duration exceeds 60, please choose the high-frequency type.

3. Please choose the diving type (diving depth of 100m) for the suction and hoisting materials in water.

The parameters of the submersible electromagnet are the same as that of normal temperature electromagnet. Therefore, it is not listed in the sample.

If the user needs a diving type, please specify it when ordering.

4. Ambient temperature: normal temperature -540, high temperature -580. The altitude shall not exceed 2000m.

5. Equipment matching: the power (current) of the rectifier control equipment is greater than or equal to the sum of the cold power (current) of single or multiple units.
